Q: Should I apply for a “Corporate” account?
A: We recommend applying for a corporate account if you intend to place a minimum of 5? orders per month. Otherwise, it’s easier to charge your credit card on an add-need basis.
Q: How does contactless delivery work?
A: In an effort to social distance during the pandemic, you have the option to specify a pick-up spot without any contact (e.g. front porch, front reception, inside a mailbox, etc.). Upon approaching the delivery address, our driver will notify the recipient, and leave the parcel(s) at your doorstep.
Q: Do I need to apply a shipping label to my package(s).
A: This is optional. Another option is to simply write down your shipping reference on each package, or the driver can do this for you upon pick-up. We keep things simple…
Q: Is there insurance for my deliveries?
A: Yes, your shipments are insured up to $100 in case of loss or damage. See terms for more details.
Q: What is the largest package I can send?
A: Our pricing estimates are based on deliveries that are less than 100 pounds total and can fit easily in a passenger car, van or SUV. Packages that require special handling due to their cubic volume, shape, size, or weight over 100 pounds in total will require additional coordination and may be subject to additional charges or delivery time.

Q: Can I communicate directly with a driver?
A: Yes. Your driver will initiate communication by phone or SMS if he/she has any questions. You can keep in touch with them throughout the delivery process.
Q: Do I get a refund if I cancel an order?
A: You can cancel an order at no charge before a driver accepts your pick-up. Otherwise, a cancellation charge may apply to a maximum of the delivery charge originally quoted at the reasonable discretion of the driver.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our regular business hours are from 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., although we can arrange after-hour shipments 24/7, including holidays. Call us at 1-888-MYROVER to place after-hour shipments (higher rates may apply).
Q: Can I ship something out of town?
A: Yes, we can do same-day shipment out-of-town, within 500 kms. Priority cut-offs will vary, depending on “ship-to” location, and the time your order is placed.
